This machine is suitable for screening materials in industrial production such as cosmetics powder, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, etc. Screening materials with high viscosity, high fiber density, and high mesh size can achieve satisfactory results.
Structure and performance
1. This machine is composed of a frame, a material barrel, a powder inlet and outlet propulsion device, a motor, etc.
2. Adopting a cylindrical sieve structure, the screened powder is repeatedly rolled by the enclosing plate inside the cylinder, forming a continuous updating and pushing of the powder inside the cylinder. Fine powder falls from the sieve, while coarse powder is pushed out from the front coarse material port.
3. Smooth continuous rotation, low noise, and simple operation.
